The first time you login, it is going to ask you to select how you wish to receive your verification code. Select Text.
This code is sent to Lisa McMullen. Please message Lisa at 336-954-7748 to receive the code to enter. If you do not message her, she will post the code on the Short Street General WhatsApp group.

Please note: you will not have to do this but once from each device you use to order from if you indicate that you wish to stay logged in on that device.

Once logged in, you will see the Short Street GastroLab Department drop down list in the upper left corner of the screen. Please select your assigned department number from the list.

If you do not know your assigned department number, you may find it here.

Please Note: Do NOT change any account profile information.

To start adding items to your order, click on the CREATE ORDER button.

You will be brought to the My List page. Please select CREATE LIST and NEW LIST.

Name your list so that you may come back to it later if needed.

When you hit submit, it will bring you to your shopping list page. Select ADD PRODUCTS.

You may add products to your list by searching the Product Catalog or entering the product number.

Make sure that it you have the US FOODS DELIVERED option in the upper right corner of the catalog turned on.

Once you have located the product that you wish to order, select the quantity. You will see that it adds the items selected to the CART in the upper right corner of your screen.

When you have finished selecting the products for your order, click on the CART. This will take you to the REVIEW YOUR ORDER PAGE. Please review your order carefully.

Your order summary appears in the upper right corner.

VERY IMPORTANT: Please click on the EDIT button next to P.O. Number. You will enter your BUSINESS NAME and select SAVE.

Once you have reviewed your order and updated the P.O. Number, click SUBMIT ORDER.

Then click on MY ORDERS in the breadcrumb navigation in the upper left corner to ensure that your order is listed under the Submitted Orders list.
14.
Once your order has been submitted, please message Lisa McMullen at 336-954-7748 to let her know your order has been submitted. You will receive an invoice for your order. This invoice is due upon receipt.
