Offering 9000+ square feet of commercial kitchen, shared and mixed use infrastructure, our facility is a springboard for the community's entrepreneurial climate and revitalization; fostering business and job creation and retention, supporting local agricultural, diversifying the economy, and encouraging minority and veteran entrepreneurship.​
Headquartered in the heart of North Carolina, the Short Street Kitchen provides facility and utility for entrepreneurs, needed business resources for startups to overcome common hurdles and help support success in our community.​
The Short Street Kitchen is the largest of its kind in the Piedmont Triad, bringing culinary incubation and product development to a community ready to take its entrepreneurial creativity to the next level.

is to provide entrepreneurs in the culinary, design and consumer product industries access to affordable co-working space and support services through all stages of their business development, specifically mastering day-to-day operations and preparing for success.
